Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is a Romanian actor and TV host. She's best known as the main character in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. The only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. Alexandra started her career in show business at an early age. At the age of 16, she reached the age of 16years old, Alexandra was able to land prominent roles in a variety of TV dramas. Her portrayal of Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudl Jue, in Downfall (an Oscar-nominated historic war film) was critically as well as critically acclaimed commercially. The Reader as well as Der Baader Meinhof Komplex were also nominated for Oscars. Alexandra was involved in a variety of notable national and international projects throughout her career. This includes the British biographical film Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time as well as the French historical miniseries Napoleon and many more. In addition, she was a member of the jury for the Cannes Film Festival and the Transylvania International Film Festival.
